With a background in libraries and information technology, I’ve spent years helping people—especially seniors—feel more confident with technology. I saw firsthand how many struggle with everyday digital tasks and how this can lead to frustration, isolation, and limited access to essential services.

That’s why I started The Tech Referee: to offer patient, in-home tech support tailored to each person’s needs—so no one feels left behind in the digital age.
